What will my Case Review include?…

We will look at the level of your property debt, asset values and your personal liability.

If required, we will request your mortgage file from your Lender, this will include your initial mortgage application and any further mortgage borrowings together with all notes and correspondence held on file.

From this information we assess the viability of any potential mis-selling claim against the Lender or Broker. If necessary we may refer any claim to a specialist mis-selling firm for further investigation, with your consent.

To ensure our assessment meets all of your needs we will ask you to complete a Fact Find document and provide us with information relating to your personal circumstances. Time is taken to review this information in detail.

Once our Expert Consultants complete a full assessment we will present you with a detailed report estimating the level of debt write off that could be achievable for you. Our aim is to help you assess and limit your personal debt exposure.
